200-Hour RYT | Fave Pose: Eagle

Christina is a Yoga Alliance 200-RYT certified instructor pursuing her doctorate in psychology. In doing so, she discovered the mental and physical benefits of the practice and never looked back. Within yoga, she has found joy and clarity as well as flexibility and strength that transformed her life.

As an NCAA tennis player, lifelong athlete, and a third degree in Taekwondo,  Christina brings discipline and power to the mat while offering her students the freedom to explore their own practices. She promotes the importance of a positive lifestyle in wellbeing and hopes to encourage her students to adopt healthy practices on and off the mat.

    500-Hour RYT | Fave Pose: Warrior 3

Christina is a 500+ hour trained yoga instructor, fitness instructor, and licensed mental health therapist. She is an avid promoter of dog rescue, and spends as much of her free time on her mat as she does outside hiking various trails with her two rescue dogs.

Some of Christina's favorite asana are inversions — not because they’re “advanced” but because they require focus and a sense of center, and they remind us all to stay present and aware (and humble!).

Christina has come to love all forms of asana practice as well as deepen into areas of yoga beyond asana, and still loves to find herself in a heated power class when she needs a mental reset. Her teaching style is focused but not insistent, and she loves nothing more than seeing a room full of variations as everyone finds what they need in their own practices.
